I have created an integration that uses a webhook subscription for booking.created and booking.updated events. When the webhook sends these events, I insert the booking details into a database table in order to keep my integration updated with the appointments that are booked through Square. The problem I am running into is that for some appointments, it does not appear that a booking.created event fires. This has happened multiple times over the past 2 months. I would appreciate any explanation as to why an appointment created in Square might not generate a booking.created event. I have not been able to find a consistent pattern or reason behind it. According to all of the documentation I’ve read, every appointment created in Square should send a booking.created event through the webhook. ---

@aaron_sabs can you check the webhook logs in the Square developer console to see if there are any in there that didn’t receive a 200 response? I want to confirm that the webhook didn’t fire at all (vs. it firing but not receiving a successful response). If you don’t see them there, could you also try querying the [events API](https://developer.squareup.com/docs/events-api/overview)to see if you find them there? Thanks! ---

Hello, thanks for the reply! I don’t see any in there with a non-200 status code. However, the events that I am looking for are specifically appointments that were booked over 28 days ago, so I do not have a way to look at those events through the API. ---

@aaron_sabs Could you also check your oauth scopes to see if you have `APPOINTMENTS_ALL_READ` and `APPOINTMENTS_READ`? You’ll need both if you want notifications for bookings created via your app as well as the the dashboard or POS. ---
