# \[Urgent\] Square printer only prints out the first item of the order we sent

Hi,

Multiple merchant clients encounter an **urgent** issue: the Square printer only prints out the first item, no matter how many items are in the order. Is it a Square system issue or sth? The POS order works normally.  
We got reports from 6 merchants today and below is an example:
