# Status of Square Online Custom Sites Alpha access request

Hi Square team, we submitted the Square Online Custom Sites Alpha access form on Oct 26, 2026 for our restaurant, Adhoc Sandwiches & Smoothies in Calgary. Developer app: “Adhoc Custom Site”, Production application ID sq0idp-7dutIoqHfFC3hKknoz7m3g. We want to use Custom Sites to offer 5-minute pickup time slots. Could you let us know the status of our request? Also, on average, how long does Square typically take to respond to Custom Sites Alpha approval requests? Thank you!
