Thanks for confirming, Nicola, and sorry for the continued back-and-forth. I checked the server logs and found a more specific reason for the connection problem: the October 14 attempts were rejected because Square couldn’t find a registered iOS application signature.

This registration is separate from the Apple Stand approval. In the Square Developer Console, select the production application matching the Application ID you shared, then open Mobile Payments SDK → Add Signature.

For the build I checked, the identifiers were:

- Bundle ID: `com.blyde.BlydePOS`
- Apple Team ID: `T7GP77323S`

Please confirm those match your app’s signing details and add the signature if it’s missing. Then fully close BlydePOS, reopen the App Store version, and test again.

If that signature is already registered, or the connection still doesn’t work afterward, share the date, time, and time zone of a fresh attempt so we can check the corresponding server response.
