# Sandbox Store online access -\> Appointment bookings

How can i view the Sandbox Store as an external customer. Specifically I’m trying to book an online appointment. When I go to the online booking section for my sandbox store i’m seeing a bunch of 500s returned and nothing is rendered.

👋 At this time the Booking site that Square provides is only available in production. 🙂
