Plans and Subscriptions - unable to create new plans and search subscriptions returning incorrect list

Hi Folks,

We are facing two issues with subscriptions. The first problem is a recent one as it was working fine till yesterday.

  1. We are unable to create new plans for subscriptions in our sandbox. We get the following error - “Oh no, something went wrong.
    It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end.”
    We see this in all our test accounts in the sandbox. Not sure if this was caused because we deleted the entire list of customers from a test account.

  2. We have cancelled all the existing subscriptions in our test account. But the Search Subscriptions API continues to show the status as Active for these subscriptions. How do we cancel a subscription such that it is accurately reflected in the status field as well?

Any update on this? I am getting an error in production when I try to add a plan. If I refresh, it seems to have worked, but the link to share with my customers is super long compared with my other plans (e.g. Pickle Planner Annual Subscription - 1 court - Pickle Planner)
