# Payments API: Offline Timestamps + Cross-tender Refunds to Square Gift Cards (GA) 🚀

We’ve acted on your feedback and are thrilled to launch offline timestamps and **cross-tender** refunds to Square Gift Cards for the Payments API in GA, both highly requested by our developer community.

**Payments API: Offline Timestamps (GA)**

We have added an additional client\_created\_at timestamp to listPayments to help you identify the time in which an offline transaction was initiated by Square.

**Payments API: Cross-tender Refunds to Square Gift Cards (GA)**  
You can now enable sellers to issue refunds to Square Gift Cards regardless of the original payment method, improving cash flow and providing buyers with flexibility.
