Our application is using the payment form and seeing a card being constantly rejected with the status code “CHIP_INSERTION_REQUIRED”. Is this expected for online payments, because of course that’s not something available to us. Do we just tell them they can’t use that card? I’m not really sure what to tell the customer as they’re unable to pay for services right now.

That isn’t the expected behavior for web payments. What’s the application Id and was this an API response that has a payment_id?
