# Online not sending info to ship station

**the following error code is seen in ship station after update is requested and no auto update activity since July 23rd 2026**

Hi there! Have you reported this issue to ShipStation? They built and maintain this integration and will need to be the ones to troubleshoot and resolve.

Do you have a support ticket reference number from ShipStation? We can try to escalate it with them.
