Hi there, I have used the form to request the PPID and its been 3 weeks and i have not received any response. Could you please update me on this. This is my support id 120031246.

What is your app name? We have an unusually high number of apps in the backlog right now and have to work through them one by one with Apple.

Yes I see it now! We are working through a large increase in requests so our approval window is bit delayed. This should be cleared with Apple within 30 days though. Feel free to reply to this post and tag me for updates on status if needed.

Ok thankyou. So should I resubmit my app or do I wait for you guys to give me the go ahead?

I would wait until we confirm it has been approved on our side to prevent the trouble of them rejecting if our side hasn’t completed.
