I am using mobile app on Galaxy Note 10+ (android version 12). Square app version is (was) 6.62.1sw.
Ever since updating the app to about 2-3 updates before current(6.62.1sw) version, I’ve been having weird bug where app will show as if I still had items in current sale after the transaction is already done. And I can’t push “review sale” button to get access and erase item. Only way to erase it is to push options on the bottom except checkout to get to another page and then go back to checkout and then it will clear out those stuck items and enables me to access review sales again.
Stranger part of this bug is that it doesn’t happen right after the transaction but it happens after app was in background for awhile.
I just updated to the latest version of Square app to see if it eliminates the problem but thought I’d still report and see if anyone has any idea.

Okay, thank you for reporting. In your troubleshooting did you try to delete and reinstall the app? Please note that before deleting the app you will want to make sure any offline payments are first processed before deleting the app.
