# Item variations have stock but Square Inventory Item shows "All variations are sold out"

Hi,

We are using Square Inventory to maintain stocks of item variations. For one item we have two variations and they have stock. But around stock it is showing red back ground and when we do hover on it shows “All variations are sold out” message. But 2 variations have stock at multiple locations.

Why this is happening?
