Hi Square community! I’m using Checkout API to create the payment link, but my client wants to issue the payment page in Japanese. I skimmed Checkout API document, but there were no topics for language setting. Are there any ways to change the payment page based on the selected language? ---

Is the sellers Square account a Japanese Square account? If so the page will render in Japanese. 🙂 ---

Thank you for the reply. Oh really? Yes. Japanese Square account. When I request location API, country and language code are Japan/Japanese. However, somehow preview of check out page shows in English. (I checked with Japanese browser setting, but the language was English. ) ---

FYI I was able to create Japanese payment page from the dashboard manually. However, I issued Checkout page via Checkout API and that didn’t work. ---

Okay. Now. I got the japanese page! We needed to check production API for language settings. I guess we cannot see any changes on sandbox checkout page. This includes allow\_tipping option also. ---
