Hello, When I add images through the API explorer to existing items in my catalogue that I populated through the dashboard, it seems like they disappear from the dashboard item library right after. However If I search for the item using:

It still appears. Also when I try to add images through the dashboard itself, it appears to cause an Internal Server Error. Was hoping someone could help me figure out why this is.

Thanks,

Justin

Hi @Justin1002 welcome to the forums!

Can you share an `item_id` that you are adding images to that no longer show up? I can’t replicate this behavior, although I was able to successfully replicate the internal server error when manually adding images, so I’m following up with our Catalog team about that.
