# Access to First Party Delivery, Delivery fulfilment beta for Honeybrie NL

Hi Square Developer Support,

I run Honeybrie NL and have a custom website checkout integrated with the Square Orders API.

I need paid website orders to appear in my Square Dashboard Order Manager as active orders, with the correct fulfillment type and scheduled fulfillment details. I need First Party Delivery Enabled.

Our app currently creates and pays for orders through the API, but the orders are not appearing in the active order workflow. I understand that the Orders API’s DELIVERY fulfillment type is a restricted beta.

**Can you confirm whether my application is eligible for DELIVERY fulfillment access, and whether I need beta approval or a formal Square partnership for my use case?**
